Another gravy train

WITH regard to the proposal for Pontefract to have its own town council, surely just what this country needs another gravy train "junkets to the Caribbean to see how the wheelie bins are emptied there" together with the inevitable rise in the community charge to fund it all.
I guess the majority of people will eagerly embrace the proposal.
